Begin to learn about plant genes through labs by going through this powerpoint and then complete the worksheet (click here) activity! When you have completed the worksheet make sure you go to NCTM Graph Creator website to use your new skills!

Make sure you check back perdiocically to go through more labs on your way to becoming a scientist!

"Virtual World of Patterns" takes Dr. Laubenbacher's Interactive Session on patterns and creates a fun environment for kids to learn. Through your particiaption, this virtual lab will be updated regularly. This will allow the virtual lab to grow along with you! This lab will nt only help you learn more about fractals and patterns, but it will also teach you how to have fun with math!

Let's have some fun pattern hunting!

Virtual World of Patterns

Unfortunately, due to snow the interactive session leb by Dr. Arthur Benjamin on why mathematics is like magic was cancelled. BUT! That doesn't mean you can't still play the online Math Games!

KTU invites you to learn more about how math is like magic at the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics website. Follow the link below or click the image to get started. You may visit the labs as many times as you would like, and be sure to have fun!
